Delivery Terms & Conditions
- Minimum delivery charges apply
- Most metro orders delivered within 3 business days (subject to stock availability)
- Regional and interstate delivery times may vary - request an ETA with your quote
- Made-to-order items are despatched when available from manufacturer
- Provide complete delivery address, including contact name and phone number
- You do not need to be onsite, but clear delivery instructions must be provided
- Minimum forklift clearance required: 2.7 m wide × 2.7 m high
- Drivers will assess site access on arrival. If access is restricted, delivery will be made as close as safely possible.
