Delivery terms & conditions

  • Minimum delivery charges apply
  • Most metro orders delivered within 3 business days (subject to stock availability)
  • Regional and interstate delivery times may vary - request an ETA with your quote
  • Made-to-order items are dispatched when available from manufacturer
  • Provide complete delivery address, including contact name and phone number
  • You do not need to be onsite, but clear delivery instructions must be provided
  • Minimum forklift clearance required: 2.7 m wide × 2.7 m high
  • Drivers will assess site access on arrival. If access is restricted, delivery will be made as close as safely possible.
