Please choose carefully. We do not normally provide refunds if you make the wrong selection or change your mind after payment.

If the products you purchased are faulty, not as described, or differ from a sample you were sent by QBBP, you may choose a refund, exchange, or store credit.

Changing Your Order

If products have already been collected from the supplier and/or delivered to site, changes may not be possible. In some cases, we may be able to amend your order, however freight charges and/or restocking fees may apply.
